We, the beachgoers from Budgewoi Beach request that Wyong Shire Council FIRMLY INSTRUCT Dunecare Budgewoi to pick up every piece of rubbish they have left to waste upon OUR beach.
These photos below show extremely dangerous and hazzardous waste left by Dunecare and their current way of dealing with the situation is to close our beach.
This is not good enough.
Clean up your act Dunecare! And clean up your rubbish that you have left on our beach.
Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, and Work Cover Regulations clearly show that what you are doing is not only wrong but illegal.
The public demands that Wyong Council get this mess sorted out.
